এখন ডেঙ্গু চলতেছে,
ডেঙ্গু রোগীকে এন্টিবায়োটিক দেওয়ার কোন দরকার নাই

৩ টা এন্টিবায়োটিক আছে৷ platelet কমায়,

• 1.. Penicillin group.
• 2.. Sulphonamide group.
• 3.. Rifampicin.

NSAID and Heparin dengue তে contraindicated… Dengue তে অনেক Severe Headache হয়, এই ক্ষেত্রে Naproxen /Tufnil দিলে Headache খুব দ্রুত ভালো হতে পারে, But it can lead to death of a patient…. Due to hemorrhage

So never use any Tufnil or Naprosyn or any NSAID in dengue

• Carbamazepine and valproate drugs induced Immuno thrombocytopenia করে, so avoid in dengue.

• Diuretics এর মধ্যে frusemide thrombocytopenia করতে পারে, should be avoided. Except incase of fluid overload (ARDS)

Dengue তে Severe Headache হয়, শুধু Napa তে না কমলে Tramadol -paracetamol এর Combination দেওয়া যেতে পারে…. এই ছাড়া অন্য কোনো NSAID দেওয়া যাবেনা।
